Our charges differ from case-to-case basis, depending on the positions, contract period and salary offered. Usually, for senior management positions, we charge a one time fee of 8-13% CTC from the client, whereas for junior-level positions, we discuss on the terms and conditions with the client and charge accordingly.
We have various means of reaching out to candidates for a job vacancy, depending on the requirement. In case of a specific fresher/mid/senior management role, we advertise on various job portals, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc. In case of requirement abroad, we advertise on portals specific to the required country, e.g. Reed, Totaljobs, Glassdoor and so on. If required, we also tie up with a local agency in resourcing for us at our own expense.
In the case of mass recruitment, we advertise on various print and social media, reach out to our existing database and try out various strategies to meet the recruitment goals.
